GENERAL INFORMATION

Once a web order is completed and paid, the parcel will be shipped in the following days.

Everywhere in Canada, we offer the same shipping fees, which are :

15$ with purchases under 200$.

FREE with any purchases of 200$ or more.

An extra shipping charge will be added if the parcel has a high weight and/or volume. This will be indicated in your cart before checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to ship everywhere, even outside Canada! All product prices are in Canadian dollars. Once an online order is completed and paid, you will be informed by email about the extra shipping fees, if applicable. These fees will depend on your location, weight and volume of the package. We will finalize the transaction and delivery of your order once you approve these extra fees. Please note that additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. CUSTOM ORDERS

All orders of products that we do not carry in our store inventory is considered a special order. In that case, the shipping delays may vary, which will be specified upon checkout.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY

We try our very best to keep our online inventory up to date, however sometimes an item you order may be out of stock. We shall contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from sending you your order.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

CHAOS & CO. wants its customers to be fully satisfied with their online purchase. If this is not the case, you can send it back to us for an exchange or refund. Boutique CHAOS & CO. will only accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date. Items on sale, lingerie articles, items in the vintage finds section and all jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all tags intact. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

The client is responsible for all shipping and handling costs regarding the return or exchange. We are not responsible for missing or misdelivered packages. Boutique CHAOS & CO. will pay back its customers with the same method of payment used during the original purchase. The returns will be processed immediately upon the reception of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email when your refund has been processed.

For an exchange, please email us at: info@chaosetco.com so that we can agree upon the replacement product that will be shipped back to you and communicate you the return address. Please note that only once your product has been returned to us, will we send you the replacement item.
